Information on the processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003) and of the Italian Data Protection Authority Guidelines (especially the Guidelines on the use of cookies issued on July 10, 2021).
1. Who takes care of your data?

2. What information do I collect when you use the site
When you use the site, I collect some traffic data using Google Analytics. to complain with a supervisory authority (e.g. the Italian Data Protection Authority).

3. My newsletter: what information do I collect and how?
My newsletter is distributed via e-mail to those who request to receive it by filling out the form on the website.
The data provided will be used with computer and telematic tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and, for this reason, will be kept exclusively for the period in which the service is active.
I use the Mailerlite platform to manage the newsletter – here is their privacy policy.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, I ask you to enter this information: your name and your email address. Mailerlite also records other information: the most important are the date and time of subscription and the geographical location (the accuracy of the location depends on the device and browser you are using and their security settings).
If you no longer wish to receive my newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link in the footer of all my emails.
